Gotham City Concierge Inc provides exemplary customer service by utilizing Executive Experts while operating luxury vehicles. Please review the following terms and agreements pertaining to your rental of a vehicle from Gotham City Concierge Inc.
Online bookings can be completed at www.Gothamcityconciergeinc.com. Online reservations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. You can make reservations 24/7 at 212-457-1584. We will email you a Reservation Confirmation.
To secure a vehicle and create a reservation, a major U.S. credit card is required and will be pre-authorized. By providing your credit card information you accept the terms and conditions herein. Upon receiving the confirmation please review the itinerary for accuracy, review the terms and conditions, and respond with any discrepancies. Acceptance of this reservation confirms your agreement of all terms and conditions.
Upon booking our services, we reserve the right to charge the entire cost of the invoice prior to the actual service date. If multiple transfers are booked, you will be billed separately for each transfer, unless you have an account setup.
Cancellation Policy: All vehicles are subject to a minimum cancellation notice or charges may apply if the trip is not rescheduled.
- Sedans and SUVs - Minimum 12-hour cancellation notice is required.
- Sprinters and Vans - Minimum 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
- Limos and Buses - Minimum 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
The Chauffeur will contact you upon their arrival 15 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time. Please respond to their notification confirming you received this information. Additional charges will apply after more than 15 minutes has elapsed past the agreed-upon scheduled time. Charges will be in billed in 30-minute increments. Any changes to your reservation require a 24-hour notice to office staff at 212-457-1584. Please do not communicate scheduling changes through your Chauffeur.
Airport Wait Time:
- Domestic Flights - 30 minute complimentary wait time after the flight has landed.
- International Flights - 45 minute complimentary wait time after the flight has landed.
- Private Charter - 30 minute complimentary wait time after the flight has landed.
NO SHOW CHARGE:
If you are not able to locate the chauffeur, please call our 24-hour dispatcher at 212-457-1584 immediately. DO NOT LEAVE THE LOCATION. YOU MUST CALL US FIRST. Our dispatcher will be able to locate your chauffeur right away. A "No Show" charge (full charge) will be applied if the passenger fails to call our dispatcher before leaving the scheduled pickup location. A "No Show" charge will also be applied if the client fails to inform us of any cancellation.
Our goal is and will always be safe and reliable transportation services provided by top professionals. However, delays may occur due to severe weather, road conditions, hazards, accidents, and other unforeseen traffic events. In the unlikely event of a mechanical breakdown, alternative transport will be supplied at vendor's cost. We reserve the right to select the means of transportation supplied at that time. A partial refund may be applicable depending on the vehicle supplied.
The following activities are prohibited in all of our vehicles:
- Smoking
- Consumption of alcohol by minors
- Consumption of non-prescription drugs
- Violent behavior
Gotham City Concierge Inc expressly reserves the right to terminate or cancel service without any refund whatsoever if the driver observes a violation of the rules as stated.
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Charges include but are not limited to:
- Burns or tears in the upholstery/leather - $100-$250.00
- Spillage of beverages/alcohol - $50 - $150 (Depending on the size of the vehicle)
- Vomit / bodily fluid clean up - $250.00 - $500.00 (Depending on the size of vehicle)
Gratuity will be charged by Gotham City Concierge Inc in the stated amount per reservation. Any additional gratuity given to the driver during or upon completion of the job is strictly out of gratitude towards the driver and their service.
Please be aware of all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. Gotham City Concierge Inc is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.
